    DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

    U.S. Shipping

    Shipping rates start at $3.05 and they go up depending on calculated package weight! Though, if you're ordering $99 of Battle Balm or more, your shipping is FREE!

    Please note that rates may change.

    We are always trying to reduce your shipping charges and our shipping costs. Therefore, we will do our best to optimize shipping costs, shipping times, and convenience for everyone. Below are the 3 major shipping carriers that we use.

    USPS - We use First Class Mail for most orders below 1lb. We use Priority Mail for most orders above 1lb.


    UPS - We use UPS for large orders.

    FedEx - We use FedEx for large orders.

    You should either get an email (default) or text message with updates to your order. If you didn't get an email, check your spam folder! In your order status, you may see:


    In Transit - Your order has left our warehouse and is headed toward you!

    Delivered - Your order is in your mailbox waiting for you!

    If the order status doesn't match up to what really happened, just contact us!

    If you are quick enough, you can reply to the Order Confirmation email to request a change or cancellation. If you received a text message confirmation, you will need to email us with your request!

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will be able to halt the existing order and update with your requested change or cancellation.

    If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. But, do not worry! Contact us and we'll work our magic to make everything right!

    If you're ordering 1-3 units, we usually ship via USPS First Class Mail. The typical transit time is 2-7 days.
    If you're ordering loads of Battle Balm like a boss, we will ship either USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx. The typical transit time is 2-5 days.

    Most of the time, a happy USPS, UPS, or FedEx driver will drop off your Battle Balm package with a smile, knowing that you made another great choice in your life! If you are ordering internationally, your mail carrier will depend on your location and whether or not they want to make you miserable that day.

    The short answer is yes! If it has an address and is not guarded by dogs, a chain link fence and/or an alligator filled moat, we can probably get a package there!

    U.S. Product Returns

    We have a 100% money back guarantee on our products. If they do not meet your satisfaction, please send them back for a full refund (minus shipping charges, of course).

    Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.

    You do not need an RMA for returns at this point in time. Just let us know that you are making a return by emailing us with your order number and reason for return.

    If you are packing up your product, please try to use the original packaging, if possible. If that's not possible, it's still ok. We'd just like to minimize packaging waste!

    We currently ship to the following destination countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, England, Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, Italy, Belgium, Israel, Phillipines, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong.

    We are always adding new destinations. If we do not ship to your country, we may make an exception. Just ask!

    International shipping is based on the destination country and estimated weight of the package. During the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be for your destination before you purchase.

    Our website ordering system may not allow you to have a different billing and shipping address on international orders. (It is filtered to protect against fraudulent purchases.) If you have any problems with placing your order, please contact us and we can help you!

    Our 3rd party billing partner uses 128-bit encryption to secure transactions for payment processing. They also use AVS filtering to check for fradulent activity. Sometimes, incorrect billing information can trigger a payment decline. If this happens, please check that your billing information matches that of your credit card.

    If you're ordering loads of Battle Balm like a boss, products get upgraded shipping speeds and will usually arrive between 2-10 days.
