THE WHOLESALE PROGRAM
The Battle Balm® wholesale program offers a way for qualified businesses to carry Battle Balm® in their office, gym, clinic, school, or retail store. These businesses are also called "wholesale partners".
In order to be a candidate for our wholesale program, you will need to have a valid business license or federal tax id. Without either of these documents, you will not be able to join our wholesale program.
We do accept international resellers. Appropriate documentation must be submitted, such as VAT #, GST #, in order to qualify. Please contact us for more information.

Sorry. We have offered wholesale accounts to Amazon resellers in the past, but we are moving towards selling our products on the platform ourselves.
We are no longer offering the wholesale partner program to Amazon resellers.
Applying for our wholesale program is easy. All you need to do is fill out the application here. Requests can take 2-4 business days to process.
Once approved, you will receive an email asking you to approve your account and create a password. Note that your email address is how we track you in our system. This will be the email address that we correspond with.
Wholesale accounts are easy. The more you purchase, the higher the discount. We've named the price tiers for ease of use, but you only need to know that the more you buy, the more you save! Please see our wholesale price list for wholesale price breakdown.
Wholesale accounts can be CC, check, or NET30 accounts. Note that the NET30 financing option is only available to those in good financial standing. Additional documentation and verification is required for NET30 accounts.
YOUR NEW ACCOUNT
We request that the minimum order quantity for wholesale be 4 units, though this is not required. If the minimum of 4 units is consistently not met, your wholesale account may be revoked.
Note that these MOQs are subject to change.
As part of our terms and conditions for our wholesale partners, you are not allowed to advertise Battle Balm® products below retail price.
What this means, is that if you sell Battle Balm® products in your store or online, you cannot list the price lower than the MAP for that item.
You are allowed to offer your customers a coupon or discount by combining products for multiple unit discounts, such as BOGO, or pairing a service such as massage with a free tin, etc. If you are unsure of what is acceptable, please contact us. Violation of our terms and conditions will result in your account being suspended or terminated.

The quickest way to order Battle Balm is for you to go to our quick order page, us to push your order through is by making a credit card purchase through our online website. Your order gets queued immediately and inventory gets allocated quickly thereafter.
Yes. We have a display box along with brochures and flyers that we can ship with your order. Please let us know if there are any special items that you would like. We may be able to have our design team put some material together for special events or just to help you incorporate Battle Balm® into your overall sales plan.
All items are shipped FOB from our head quarters & distribution center in San Diego, California (92171).
United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier and shipping method. We ship Priority Mail with signature required (unless a release form is filled out). Other shipping carriers are UPS and FedEx. If you have a preference for shipping carrier, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. If there are additional charges required, you will be billed accordingly.
Yes, we ship to our worldwide wholesale partners. Shipping charges are added for each international order.
Please note that customs fees may not be included in your total cost. The wholesale partner is responsible for customs fees that may be charged to the package.
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when the item passes through customs. If below a certain stated value, some countries will not apply a fee.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us.
Orders that are in our inventory are typically shipped between 0 and 72 hours after the order is placed. Sometimes, due to holidays or delays in shipping service, it may take longer.
Backordered items are due to low or unavailable inventory. Usually, we will contact you with a status update and an estimated restock date.
Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale orders are final. If the products are defective from the manufacturer, then we will replace them at no charge to you. If products were damaged during shipping, then notify your shipping carrier. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items that are lost or damaged in transit will need to have a claim report filed with the shipping carrier for reimbursement. Contact us for assistance. We pack our products well for international travel, but cannot be responsible for poor handling by the carrier. Battle Balm® is not responsible for mishandled or misplaced packages.
Typically, there are no exchanges. If this is a special case, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
