How to Use
To use Battle Balm, apply a small amount (pea-sized or less) to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin until absorbed. For deeper penetration and enhanced relief, you can apply a warm or cool compress to the area after application. It can be used 2-3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
