How to Use
To use Battle Balm, apply a small amount (pea-sized or less) to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin until absorbed. For deeper penetration and enhanced relief, you can apply a warm or cool compress to the area after application. It can be used 2-3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.

There are 3 techniques that people have when using topicals:
- Set & Forget - Apply Battle Balm® to target area and let it work.
- Rub it In - Massage Battle Balm® into the target area to help circulate blood and improve penetration of the balm.
- Hot/Cold - Apply Battle Balm® to target area using either of the above two techniques and then apply a heating pad or ice pack.
Do I have to be an athlete to use Battle Balm®?
In short, no. Battle Balm® was designed for athletes. But, what does that mean? It means we created an extremely clean, all-natural & organic pain cream for pro athletes to use, especially those who compete at the highest level and get regular USADA drug tested.

How quickly does Battle Balm® work?
Our skin is a semi-permeable membrane. Absorption of Battle Balm® depends on multiple factors.
For the fastest absorption, you'll probably want clean skin with open pores...like right after you shower and dry off!
In most cases, though, Battle Balm® should give penetrating pain relief magic in 30 minutes or less!
Is Battle Balm® petroleum free?
